Judy Carnahan-Webb

Judy Carnahan-Webb has 35 plus years in the early education field. She has managed for profit, 501 C-3 programs, mulit site programs, and privately owned child care centers.

As Regional Manager, she helped to open 36 schools in 19 states. She also has had the responsibility and the operations of as many as 24 schools at one time.

As the owner and CEO of Creative Trainers and Consutlants, a Texas owned company specializing in teaching and consulting others so they may benefit from her expereinces and expertise and opearte a school for young children that has a "QUALITY" school program and is cost effective.

Judy's company, Creative Trainers and Consultants, is a leader in educating Early Childhood Professionals. Creative Trainers has educated over 5000 teachers and collaborated with 2 year colleges so our classes will receive college credits.

Judy takes pride in the adaptability of her training courses, and Creative Trainers can customize its training to meet her clients' specific needs. Judy provides assistance with licensing, Texas School Readiness Certification and NAEYC national accreditation.

Judy is a newly appointed NAEYC Assessor that assist programs in the process of national accreditation. Judy is considered a Child Care Expert and her passion is teaching and consulting others so they may benefit from her education and expereinces.
